The short answer is that we are a “sister company” to YARDMAX® Power Products, Inc. We share the same company leadership, and both companies are partnerships with a global manufacturer. We named the new brand “SHOPMAX®” because these are different types of products – products for your workshop, garage, woodworking shop, etc. Hence, the name Shopmax!

With decades of product development and manufacturing experience, four factories around the world, and headquarters in Roselle, Illinois, SHOPMAX is backed by one of the leading global outdoor power equipment manufacturers and led by local decision makers. The manufacturing expertise and innovation of this company allows enhanced design features to come standard across its wide range of products, including all tool storage solutions and the forthcoming shop tools. Using high-quality steel and making high-end features the norm, SHOPMAX provides heavy-duty tool storage solutions and shop tools at entry-level prices.

We do this by leveraging our product design and manufacturing expertise, keeping the manufacturing costs at a minimum while incorporating materials and features normally found on pro-grade (read: much more expensive) products. And, we do all this while providing superior customer support from our headquarters in Roselle, Illinois, USA.
